12 Wegman Road, Livingston Manor, NY 12758, along Willowemoc Creek, between Roscoe and Livingston Manor in the Catskills.

How far are the cabins from New York City?+

About a two-hour drive from NYC via Route 17 west to Exit 94 (Roscoe).

What's included with each cabin?+

Bedding, towels, bath soap, an efficiency kitchen with full-size fridge, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker and cookware, a modern bathroom, outdoor grill, fire pit and free WiFi.

Is there air conditioning and heat?+

Yes, every cabin and the Trout Cottage are fully heated and air-conditioned.

Are pets allowed?+

Pets are welcome at the Trout Cottage. Please contact us with questions about your specific pet.

How many people can stay?+

Each cabin sleeps a small group. The Trout Cottage sleeps up to 4 (one queen, two twins).

What's the minimum stay?+

Two nights minimum. Holiday weekends require a three-night minimum.

Is there fishing on the property?+

Yes, the cabins are steps from Willowemoc Creek, a famous Catskills trout stream in the Trout Town USA area.

Are there TVs or phones in the cabins?+

There are no phones or televisions in the cabins by design, a chance to unplug. The Trout Cottage has televisions.
